Moreover, you are not in any binding agreement with Us, and we are not obligated to provide you with any Products. By submitting a Pre-Order, We will use Your information solely to contact You via email address provided in the form and notify You when the Products become available for purchase. We commit to maintaining the price that is posted on the Website at the time of expressing Your interest.
Shipping costs for the Products are not included in the price displayed on the website. When the Products become available for purchase, we will notify you via the email address you provided in the Pre-Order form and also provide you with the shipping cost if you choose to make a purchase.
You indicate your interest in joining “Beta Program” by filling the entry form on subpage “Beta Program” and sending it to Us. Beta Program is exclusively intended for registered surf schools engaged in the activity of providing surf equipment rentals. Companies not registered as surf schools cannot participate in the Beta program. The purpose of the Beta program is to field-test the Products with potential customers, identify any shortcomings, and implement necessary improvements. Selected participants in the Beta program will be required to report any potential errors and customer feedback resulting from the testing of our Products.
Due to the limited availability of the Beta Program, You may not necessarily be selected and receive the free package as presented on the Website (3x R-Beacon and 1x R-Gateway). Surf schools that are selected will be notified via the email address provided in the form. The email will include contract between Us and Your company, all instruction for the R-Gateway installation and use of the Products. Those who are not selected for the Beta program will also be notified via the email address provided in the entry form.
We are aware of the importance of personal data protection and therefore complies with all legal requirements and uses software and technical means to ensure the protection and prevention of unauthorized use of personal data.
To enhance browsing efficiency, Website may place “cookies” on the computer you use to access it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings and still navigate the Website, although this action may restrict the availability of certain functions.

The Rebond server (“our server”) automatically assigns an anonymous unique code to each visitor. Your program, with which you visit the Rebond website, saves it and sends it back to our server each time you visit Rebond website.
